  1. Eligibility for Return
    Products purchased from Cleanzaa may be eligible for return if:
    The product is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery
    The product has a manufacturing defect
    An incorrect product or variant has been delivered
    Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  2. Conditions for Return
    To be eligible for a return:
    The product must be unused and in original packaging
    Seals, labels, and outer packaging must be intact

    Free samples or complimentary products

    Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

    Opened, used, or contaminated products are not eligible for return
    Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect delivery, subject to verification

  13. Cooling-Off Period for Direct Sellers
    As per applicable direct selling regulations, newly registered distributors or partners may be eligible for a cooling-off period, subject to company policies.
    Any product return during this period must comply with packaging, quality, and return conditions stated in this policy.

  14. Return Logistics Responsibility
    Customers or partners may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to company error, transit damage, or incorrect delivery.
    Cleanzaa is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit if products are not securely packed.
