General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Cleanzaa direct selling business model for washing powders and detergent products. By registering as an Independent Partner / Distributor with Cleanzaa, you agree to comply with the following terms in full.

1. Eligibility
   1.1. Any individual who is 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a contract may apply to join Cleanzaa.
   1.2. Submission of valid identity and address proof is mandatory at the time of registration.
   1.3. Cleanzaa reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.


2. Nature of Association
   2.1. Partners associated with Cleanzaa operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or representatives of the company.
   2.2. Participation does not create any employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
   2.3. Partners are solely responsible for their business activities, taxes, and statutory obligations.


3. Business Model & Earnings Disclaimer
   3.1. Cleanzaa follows a direct selling / network marketing model focused on awareness, distribution, and sale of home care and fabric care products.
   3.2. Income earned through Cleanzaa is performance-based and depends on individual effort, consistency, skills, and adherence to company policies.
   3.3. Cleanzaa does not assure or guarantee any fixed or minimum income.
   3.4. Any income illustrations or examples are indicative only and may vary from individual to individual.


4. Product Usage & Promotion
   4.1. Partners must promote Cleanzaa washing powders and detergent products honestly and responsibly.
   4.2. False, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding product performance or income potential are strictly prohibited.
   4.3. Products are intended for personal use and ethical resale only, in accordance with company guidelines.


5. Code of Conduct
   5.1. Partners shall act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism toward customers, team members, and the general public.
   5.2. Any form of misrepresentation, coercion, or unethical recruitment practice is strictly prohibited.
   5.3. Disparaging remarks about competitors, brands, or individuals are not permitted.


6. Awareness & Social Responsibility
   6.1. Cleanzaa encourages partners to promote awareness about hygiene, cleanliness, and proper fabric care.
   6.2. Awareness activities must be factual, responsible, and socially appropriate.
   6.3. Ethical communication and respect for cultural values must be maintained at all times.


7. Loan Assistance Facility
   7.1. Cleanzaa may offer a loan assistance facility to eligible partners, subject to internal policies and evaluation criteria.
   7.2. Loan approval is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, business performance, and company discretion.
   7.3. Loan terms, repayment schedules, and conditions will be communicated separately and must be strictly followed.
   7.4. Cleanzaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this facility at any time without prior notice.


8. Compliance with Laws
   8.1. Partners must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including Direct Selling Guidelines, consumer protection laws, and tax regulations.
   8.2. Any legal or regulatory violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of association.


9. Termination & Suspension
   9.1. Cleanzaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner’s association in case of:
   • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
   • Misconduct or unethical behavior
   • Legal or regulatory non-compliance
   9.2. Upon termination, all rights to commissions, incentives, or benefits shall cease as per company policy.


10. Intellectual Property
    10.1. All trademarks, logos, product names, and branding materials of Cleanzaa remain the exclusive property of the company.
    10.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or alteration of company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.


11. Amendments
    11.1. Cleanzaa reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    11.2. Revised terms shall become effective from the date of publication on the official website or through official communication.


12. Limitation of Liability
    12.1. Cleanzaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the business.
    12.2. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the individual’s own discretion and risk.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    13.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
    13.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

By registering with Cleanzaa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
